Our quality control laboratories perform the controls described below on a continuous basis:
FINAL PRODUCT:
All products are controlled in terms of dimensions, and various laboratory tests are conducted on them in accordance with the applicable international standards.
MECHANICAL TESTS:
Mechanical tests include point welding, endurance to impact in cold weather, double V notches and other factors playing an important role in the manufacturing process of joinery.
INPUT CONTROL:
All raw materials and accessories are controlled before they are admitted to inventory stocks.
WINDOW TESTS:
Acclimatization equipment are used in our laboratories to test all new systems or profiles under wind and rain elements and to approve their compliance.
