Egepen Deceuninck runs a factory located in Atatürk Industrial Park, Izmir, which covers a total surface area of 57,000 m², equipped with modern machines and equipment having an annual capacity of 50,000 tons of profile per year, so that it is one of the leading companies in this industry. Having obtained a TS-EN-ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate in 1998, this factory contains 43 computer-controlled profile extrusion lines.

Profiles used for windows need to endure even the severest weather elements and have a long service life. Considered the leader of this industry in the worldwide, Deceuninck developed a very special raw material recipe in its own laboratories to meet all kinds of demands, taking into consideration the climates, living conditions and national standards of various countries, using its experience of over 100 years. Egepen Deceuninck manufactures the compound used as the main raw material for extrusion of good quality profiles in its own factory.

Molds, the second major material of the extrusion technology, are made in Deceuninck’s own mold workshop. Egepen Deceuninck is leader of this industry thanks to its vertical integration which enables it to manufacture the compound and molds and to develop its own extrusion machine technology.

Egepen Deceuninck laminates the surfaces of its profiles using its own lamination machines, allowing the joinery to match the decoration of the spaces where they are installed. Another complementary application is the color printing technique applied in house at Egepen Deceuninck. Furthermore, Egepen Deceuninck can print various colors and designs on its wall and ceiling paneling.

Arched joinery, which is part of traditional Turkish architecture, is manufactured by special arching machines within our factory. Thus profiles can be made to match all types of joinery selected for architectural designs.

Our quality control laboratories have been equipped with the best equipment and devices available, so that they can monitor and check all stages of the manufacturing process from input control to shipment. These laboratories control the quality of the profiles manufactured on continuous basis, and R & D activities are performed to ensure the profiles to meet the applicable national and international standards.
