SLIDES
Egepen Deceuninck slide systems were designed to reflect our desire to escape from the rat race of daily life, to live within nature, and to think freely for architectural designs.
The slide systems are divided into two categories:
Double-rail slides (sliding frame)
Two sliding sashes move on a sliding frame.
Single-rail slides (fixed sliding frame / fixed casing frame)
A movable sliding sash and a fixed frame are used together. The frame can be either a fixed sliding frame or a fixed casing frame.
Integrity
The slide system contains 26 different PVC profiles to provide solutions for many special details. Three different frame profiles are available: sliding frame, fixed slide frame and fixed casing frame.
Two different types of sliding sash profile are available for various dimensions of windows and doors, they contain 3 chambers. The window slide system is designed to expand the glazing area i.e. the visibility range; the door slide system is designed to increase the strength.
Insulation Concept
The slide systems were designed around the concept of INSULATION. Many profiles and supplementary materials included in the system were designed to provide insulation. Profiles closing and joining the fascias for joints were equipped with TPE sails to ensure insulation. Moreover, most of the materials included in the system were designed to increase the insulation.
Harmony with the Zendow, Everest Max and Everest Systems
Sliding and fixed slide systems can be combined with the Zendow, Everest Max and Everest systems by means of supplementary profiles.
New Aluminum Profiles
Aluminum profiles are available to close and join the fascias; they increase the joinery’s strength against the wind forces and allow the contractors to build joinery in wider sizes. Said aluminum profiles also contribute aesthetical properties to the joinery.
Fixed sections for sliding frame and fixed slide systems
Fixed sections can be formed on the upper and lateral portions of the dual sash of the moving or fixed casing frames. It is also possible to install Venetian blind glazing on this system.
