Having a profile width of 70 mm, the Zendow System has been designed to expand the visibility range.
This system presents aesthetics, superior endurance and strength together thanks to its five-chamber structure.
This system is built of profiles meeting the TS 5358 EN 12608 standard.
Physical properties of PVC-U ensure the window to achieve a high performance for thermal insulation, and the 5 chambers, 70 mm profile width and the TPE seals ensure it to achieve a high performance for overall insulation.
Thermal transfer calculations made for this system prove its thermal performance clearly.
In general, the heat loss or gain in a building is expressed as “U value”. The lower the U value, the higher the insulation effect. It translates to better thermal perception and greater comfort.
Thermal insulation tests conducted on Zendow by IFT - Rosenheim certifies that its Uf = 1.4 W/m2K.
Furthermore, the 150 mm profiles used in the door panels of Zendow have a honeycomb structure ensuring the joinery to have excellent insulation properties.
Acoustic insulation refers to dispersion of sound after it emits from its source. The sound reduction index Rw is expressed in dB.
Zendow provides efficient solutions for acoustic insulation because it is available in glazing thicknesses 19-20 mm, 23-24 mm, 26-27 mm, 28-29 mm, 30-31 mm, 32-33 mm, 35-36 mm, 38-39 mm and 43-44 mm.
Acoustic insulation tests were conducted on the Zendow system according to the EN ISO 717-1 standard.
It has been certified that its sound reduction index Rw (C, Ctr) = 32 (-1.0; -5.0) dB.
