Human Resources Policy

This company aims to develop a human resources policy based on continuous training for its employees and to encourage its employees to improve their skills and to contribute, by giving priority to occupational health and safety in all stages of its processes. The recruitment policy of this company is based on the principle of choosing the right person for each position and creating equality for its employees taking into consideration their career aims and individual skills. Criteria for recruitment have been described in a manual, and are ensured to be applied thoroughly. Training courses are planned and organized in such a manner to increase and improve individual knowledge and skills of the employees. Positions of the employees have been defined in a manual, and precautions are taken to increase their efficiency and to improve the working conditions. Social events are organized at regular intervals to keep the employees’ morale high and to increase their satisfaction with their jobs.
